Realtor Referral Program Details
Referral Fees
- 3-bedroom: $1,200
- 4-bedroom: $1,600
- 5-bedroom: $2,000
Payment Terms
- Payout timing: Referral fee is paid within 30 days of our management fees from the referred property reaching the referral amount.
- What this means: If we earn $1,600 in management fees by August, you're paid in September. You get paid before we profit on the home.
Rental Projections
- We aim to deliver detailed rental projections within 3 days or less. If you need an estimate sooner, please contact us directly.
